LADS LOYALTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply to your access to, and participation in the Chicken Lads membership program Lads Loyalty (Program), which is operated by Kahan Group (Chicken Lads). For the avoidance of doubt, these terms and conditions apply to the Lads Loyalty membership. By providing your details and verifying your mobile phone number and/or using the Lads Loyalty membership and/or by downloading and/or using the Lads Loyalty Card, you agree to these terms and conditions and to any changes or modifications made to them from time to time.
1. Lads Loyalty Membership Program Overview
1.1 Lads Loyalty Membership is only open to individuals eighteen (18) years of age and over and who have a valid email address and mobile phone number. Those under the age of eighteen (18) are eligible to participate in Lads Loyalty provided they are over the age of thirteen (13) and have a parent or guardian’s consent. The parent or guardian must also read and agree to these terms. Chicken Lads may request confirmation of consent at any time.
1.2 Individuals can become Lads Loyalty members (Members) by either downloading a Lads Loyalty membership card from their phone wallets and registering online at www.chickenlads.com.au/loyalty, or by downloading the Lads Loyalty card and following the prompts. Verification via SMS is required for redemption access.
1.3 Strictly one Account per person. Each Account must be linked to a unique email and verified mobile number. Points cannot be shared between individuals.
1.4 Please refer to the Chicken Lads Privacy Policy for how customer information is collected, used, and disclosed.
2. Collection of Points and Redemption
2.1 Points can be earned at the time of purchase in-store or through Chicken Lads’ Online Ordering Platform, provided that the Lads Loyalty card barcode is scanned or the Member is logged into their account.
2.2 Points are earned at the rate of: 10 points per $1 spent on menu items.
2.3.1 Point accrual is consistent regardless of surcharges or public holidays.
2.4 Redemption rates: 1000x earned points (e.g., a $10 item = 100 earned points, needs 1000 points to redeem a $10 discount).
2.4.1 Redemption rates remain unchanged during public holidays or surcharges.
2.4.2 Chicken Lads may change points values with notice on the Chicken Lads website, and in-store.
2.5 Points and rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-transferable, and cannot be combined across multiple accounts.
2.5.1 Points expire after 18 months of inactivity.
2.5.2 Chicken Lads may disqualify memberships or remove points if suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
2.6 Points can only used for discounts on menu items when 1000 points are accrued.
2.7 Points may be earned on discounted items.
2.8 Points balances can be checked via the Chicken Lads website, or in-store.
2.9 Full redemption using points only is required; valid app or card must be presented.
2.10 Points cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts in the same transaction.
3. Sign Up Offer – 20% off your next order
3.1 Available to new Lads Loyalty members only. Must verify via SMS to activate the offer.
3.2 A minimum spend of $25 is required on your next order to apply the 20% discount.
4. Lads Loyalty Membership Details
4.1 Members are responsible for ensuring all account details are current. It’s their responsibility to check points are correctly allocated.
4.2 Chicken Lads may communicate with members who opt into marketing to share news, promotions, and offers.
4.3 Data collected is subject to the Chicken Lads Privacy Policy and may be used for marketing, research, and to facilitate program administration.
4.4 Your account may be updated with the latest email and mobile number used in Online Ordering. To opt out, contact sam@chickenlads.com.au
4.5 All Chicken Lads decisions under the program are final and binding.
5. General
5.1 Chicken Lads may terminate an account if there is a breach of these terms or if the account is used fraudulently.
5.2 These terms can be changed at any time without notice. The program will continue until Chicken Lads terminates it. Notice of termination will be provided via email, the Chicken Lads website.
5.3 These terms should be read alongside any other promotional terms.
5.4 To the extent permitted by law, Chicken Lads is not liable for any loss arising from use of the program. The program is provided without warranties.
5.5 To the extent permitted by law, Chicken Lads is not liable for any damages from use or inability to use the program. You release Chicken Lads, its officers, contractors, employees, and agents from all associated claims.
5.6 Victorian law applies. Disputes will be handled by Victorian courts.
